  • What are your hours of operation?We are open Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm

    • Where are you located? We are located in East Knoxville at 2112 E. Magnolia Avenue, on the cross roads of Olive and Magnolia. We are the huge building with the white pillars and a TRIBE ONE sign out front. You can't miss us!

    • Where do you print the t-shirts?

  • We print them right here in our building. We are a fully equipt print shop! We have an automatic printing press that allows us to print large quantities of garments in minimal time.

    • What is your turn around time?Typically 7-10 business days

    • Do you have rush service? We sure do! If you need the order in less than 2 weeks we can usually accommodate this. However, please do keep in mind that we are busy and have previously scheduled orders that we will have to work around. Typically, we do add a fee of up to $100 to rush orders. So, keep timing in mind when to get ready to place your order.

    • What is your minimum order for screen printing? We don't have a minimum. You can order anywhere from 1 to 1 billion shirts, we don't mind. Although if you do order 1 billion please don't expect them within 10-12 days.

    • What kind of shirts do you print on? We usually print on Gildan, Anvil, Jerzee, Hanes, or Fruit of the Loom. We also get requests for American Apparel, Alternative Apparel, and other alternate tees. 

    • Can you print on garments that I provide? We sure can! If you have garments that you have ordered and would like us to print on them, we would be happy to do so. But remember, we'll have to charge you for the ink! 

    • Can I come in to see sample shirts? Certainly, we have a rack of sample shirts and sizes that you can come in to take a look at any time. You can also check out our digital samples here.

    • Do you have color charts available? Yep! We can send you color charts from most of the brands we work with. Just shoot us an email at tribe1tshirts@gmail.com and we will send you one right away.

    • Do you charge a set up fee?

  • Our set up fee is $15 per screen. Please fill out a free quote so we can give you a better estimate of the set up fee for your order.

    • Do you offer embroidery? No, sorry. We don't offer embroidery, but we can definitely help you find someone who does!

    • Do you do the art design?

  • We don't do the art in house, but we have really great graphic designers that we work with at Coleman's Printing who can morph just about anything into a graphic design for your garments. 

    • What kind of files do you accept for my art? We prefer for your art to come to us in ai, eps, or vector formatting. If you don't know what that is, that's okay too. We will accept your art in pdf, jpeg, or even hand drawn. 

    • Do you provide a "mock up" of my art? Absolutely, our graphic designers will create a mock up of what your final design will look like on a t-shirt. We will send this to you and ask for your approval before we start printing.

    • Do you color match inks?  We try our very best to match the pantones of your art with our ink, and usually we have no problem doing so. If, however, you are looking for a specific color we can order it for you, but we'll have to add an ink charge to your order. 

    • What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, credit, and checks.

    • Do I have to put down a down payment? Yes, typically we ask for a 50% down payment of the total cost of your order. After we generate your free quote we can discuss payment options further.

    • Do you deliver? Yes, sometimes we even hand deliver! If you want your order shipped anywhere in the U.S., we can do that too!!
